There
are many changes we can make to our lifestyles
and here are some ideas to uplift you
and regain any lost energy!!!
Diet –
Eat as much live, alkalising,
organic food as possible. Avoid as much processed/dead food (e.g. frozen,
canned, pre-packaged etc) as you can and meat & dairy products (as
they carry aggression & sadness vibrations) and all microwaved "food"
– your body will love you for it!! And take ionic
minerals daily (available from www.eniva.com), almost 100% absorbable
by your body since even organic fruit and vegetables are highly minerally-depleted
and most health supplements aren't in an absorbable form for the body
so you're throwing your money literally down the toilet! For more info

Water -
Drink at least 2 litres of pure spring water a day (Avoid mineral water,
packaged juice, carbonated drinks and alcohol as much as possible).
You can also place fluorite or selenite in your jug of water to help
clear any negativity when you feel you need it. Avoid drinking tap water
as the chlorine (bleach) interferes with your digestive flora.
Eating and food tools –
The best vibration are utensils made of either wood, glass or natural
china for all food eating, e.g. chopsticks, glass blender for smoothies
and glass pyrex cookware. Chew really well to ensure your digestion
is as efficient as possible!
Home
environment -
Minimise use of plastic, metal etc in your environment and avoid all
chemically-based products as most are toxic for you, your children and
your planet and check out the "Toxic"
section for more info on toiletries and household products.
Clothes
–
Wear as much natural fibres as possible and ideally only wear each outfit
once to ensure that the unpleasant conversation you had yesterday or
stress you felt doesn’t get carried over into today – you’ll
really feel the difference!
Jewellery
–
Minimise use of all metal (including silver, gold & platinum) -
especially rings since these restrict energy flow out through the fingers
Mobile
phones/Computers/WiFi/Bluetooth –
Your body operates between 4-16
Hz and mobiles at 100 Hz and computers @ 20,000 Hz! According to
many independent studies, radio frequency, microwave and mobile phone
radiation (and more recently WiFi and bluetooth) are genotoxic/cancer-causing,
altering our DNA and our body's cellular function and since we are now
living in a sea of what is commonly known as 'electrosmog' this soup
of manmade unnatural vibrations is creating a field that is potentially
out of tune with Nature
itself. Is this the 'tobacco/asbestos
of the 21st Century'? Your mobile in standby and search mode is unsafe,
so ideally have one with a speakerphone and/or keep your mobile switched
off as much as possible and don't use your phone as an alarm. Best phone
protection is the Mobile
Protection Chip. The safest way to use your mobile is either by talking
on speakerphone and/or by using the safest headset on the market which
works by bouncing the audio signal via an acoustic tube called the RF3
Air headset (earbud or hook over the ear models available) and more

Radfree. If you use your mobile for texting, see BMA (British Medical
Association) warning
from 2001! Other points to consider are the use of metal in your home
environment since metal conducts. Most important is that you ensure
you have a wooden bedframe and remove any DECT or mobile phones from
your bedroom completely. Other radiation protection is available with

Shower/Bath
–
Take one every day, particularly at the end of the day, to shift any
stress although shorter showers are recommended due to chlorine/fluoride
content and conserving water. You can also use essential oils to boost
your vibration (e.g. Neroli {the best quality you can afford} is very
good for activating your Christ self and Cedar is a great one for clearing
psychic negativity)
Thoughts/Communication
–
Only give energy to those which are of the highest truth for you and
don't give power to the rest. Take full responsibility for your life,
so you blame no one and you no longer judge or gossip which just brings
down your vibration and others. Before you speak/write, ask yourself
are you being kind/increasing the vibration (e.g. uplifting) or are
you decreasing it (e.g. judgmental). Loving words move mountains. Be
the change that you want to see - live by example.
Friends
–
Only surround yourself with people who are positively supportive of
you and your dreams but who are honest enough to tell you what needs
fixing too!
Humming/Singing
–
This is a great thing to do every day to keep you focussed, harmonised,
grounded and able to clear any bad "vibes" that may get directed
at you. It’s also one of the best ways to feel connected to everything
around you so you can shift out of "separation consciousness"
into "unity consciousness". Making your note as low as possible
is a great way to get and stay grounded.
Breathing
–
Ensure that you bring the breath deep down into your belly or abdomen
area (this is how babies naturally breathe) to maximise energy into
your body and also do earth/sky breathing where you bring earth energy
up your legs into your body and toning "Ah" out through the
heart and then bring sky energy down through the crown and again toning
"Ah" out through the heart and then alternate to balance you
internally.
Meditation
–
Even doing just 20 minutes a day will help you stop, slow down and give
you a boost. 20 minutes is equivalent to 2 hours' sleep!
Dancing
–
A great way to bring you more into your body and transmute anything
that is feeling uncomfortable! The 5 rhythms (by Gabrielle Roth) is
a particular favourite for me.
Earth
connection -
Spend some time in Nature every week, breathing some fresh air (hopefully!),
sitting with the trees, birds and all the natural life around you.
Massage
- exchange
healing touch with a friend or exchange it with your partner.
It's
good to take the time to reconnect.
Reconnect
with our bodies & the Earth
Reconnect
with ourselves & God/Love; and
Reconnect
with each other
and
do our best, no matter what,
to
be as loving as we can,
so
we finally break out
of
this destructive cycle we're in.
It's
the most important
thing now
if
we're going to survive
